Customer Policy Overview

 

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks and credit cards. Checks can be made payable to Ana’s Touch. We do not accept post-dated checks. There is a $35 fee for all returned checks. 

 

Cancellation/Reschedule: Service reliability is extremely important to our customers and also to us. We request that you give us a minimum of 24 hours advance notice should you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason. Please feel free to contact our office via phone or email at any time. Failure to provide 24 advance notice will result in a $25 late cancellation fee. Exceptions to this policy would include unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to: illness or other emergency.

 

Breakage/Damage Policy: We make every effort to provide safe, careful cleaning in your home. We are fully insured should something be damaged in your home (proof of liability insurance is available upon request).

 

Add-ons: Anything outside of our agreed scope of work, including the cleaning of rooms not originally included in the bid, are considered “add-ons” and additional fees apply. 

 

Service Term:There is no specified term for cleaning services. Service may be terminated by wither party at any time for any reason. We kindly ask that Client provide at least seven (7) days notification of discontinuation of services.

 

Supplies: Ana’s Touch will provide all cleaning equipment and supplies; except for trash can liners or should you wish to use your won preferred supplies for a particular application

 

Rate Changes: Ana’s Touch reserves the right to reevaluate rates at any time. We regularly perform account reviews to ensure that we have enough time to meet client needs. We will contact the client to discuss possible price or service revisions should the cleaning time differ from the original bid.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 100% guarantee on all of our cleaning services. Please contact us regarding any necessary adjustments and we’ll be happy to come back out to fix anything that may not meet your expectation.
